With years of experience in the beauty industry and a deep-rooted connection to the Hmong community, Bao saw a need for more support, resources, and opportunities for aspiring beauty professionals.
Her journey began as a beauty entrepreneur herself, navigating the challenges of building a business from the ground up. Bao’s determination to succeed and her desire to help others do the same inspired her to create Hmong Beauty Collectives—a space where beauty entrepreneurs can access education, mentorship, and a supportive community.
